You Can Use Affirmations To Embrace Every Stage Of Life Including Menopause

The time in a woman’s life when she gradually stops having periods ( blood flow from her uterus each month) is called menopause. Most women go through menopause between the ages of 45 and 55.

Menopause is a natural stage of life. It is not a disease or a disorder.

Therefore, it does not automatically require any kind of medical treatment. However, in those cases where the physical, mental, and emotional effects of menopause are strong enough that they significantly disrupt the life of the woman experiencing them, palliative medical therapy may sometimes be appropriate.

With my clients, we work in the area of love, money, and health.

In the field of health, we can focus on menopause as well.

Here is a suggestion for an affirmation that can be a wonderful companion during this special time as we age.

Affirmation Of The Week

I deeply love and accept myself completely in every given moment exactly as I am. I trust in the seasons of my life as a healthy and powerful woman.

Of course, you are probably working to understand menopause. You know already enough about the climacteric. Let’s work on seeing and experiencing our body, our soul, and our mind differently.

I want to share a quote that resonates with the belief, that when we grow older we are given back some of our girls’ childhood and therefore of our freedom and peace within us. The quote is from Florence King, a conservative lesbian feminist.

“A woman must wait for her ovaries to die before she can get her rightful personality back. Post-menstrual is the same as pre-menstrual; I am once again what I was before the age of twelve: a female human being who knows that a month has thirty-day, not twenty-five, and who can spend every one of them free of the shackles of that defect of body and mind known as femininity.” – Florence King

Managing your menopause is related to your beliefs of being a woman as a whole.

No matter what, find out your own longings and needs in this life-changing time of menopause.

Do your affirmation(s) daily – in the morning and in the evening – and look forward to the best years of your life. Expect the best to come!
