Campfire Orange Cake Yummy Any Time Anywhere

This Campfire cake can be made any time and anywhere. The ingredients are easy to carry and this works perfectly for your glamping/camping outing.

Ingredients

8 oranges

1 boxed cake mix any flavour or brownie mix ( We love Betty Crocker© French Vanilla)

Cut off the top of your orange and hollow out the flesh (eat or reserve to use in a fruit salad)

Directions

Prepare any boxed cake or brownie mix according to instructions

Fill oranges to 1” from the top of the orange.

Put the lid back on and wrap with double tinfoil.

Place inf campfire coals and cook about 30 to 45 minutes

Unwrap, remove the lid, and top with your sauce of choice ice cream, berries, nuts or whatever is handy.
