Challenge Your Mindset: Tip #1

Mindset At Forty FiveMindset is a powerful thing. If you don’t have a plan for your life every day, you will most likely have to follow someone else’s plan AND you might not like what they have planned for you!

Every day we set our DAILY METHOD OF OPERATION [DMO]. This could be as soon as our eyes are open just lying in bed. As for me, my daily affirmation might be that I say to myself, it’s going to be a fabulous day, or, something amazing is going to happen today. No matter what you say or do, it all reflects on your MINDSET.

Everything happens for a reason. As soon as you awaken, the thoughts that you have will control the outcome of the day. I don’t mean that there won’t be obstacles that you encounter. What I do mean is, some things are out of your control, however, you can control how you deal with these obstacles. The choice is really up to you. It is just as easy to do what needs doing, as it is not to do it. All it takes is setting your mind to do it. Everything that you experience can bring positive results. You do have the ability to find it.

The mind is the most powerful thing that we have. Unfortunately, most of us don’t focus our attention on what it is that we really want. We tend to get distracted by a million things that are going on around us. So get that DMO set up for each morning and start your day setting yourself up for success.
