Tired of your pre-meal, end-of-the-day routine? Revolutionize it with your own version of a Charcuterie Plate built around these Cheese-stuffed Jalapenos. Add chewy bread, crunchy crackers, crisp veggies, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a selection of meat, cheese, and nuts. Choose a glass of your favorite bubbly, sparkling water or a cup of piping hot tea, break out some beautiful napkins, then sit down in your comfy chair, and put on your favorite tunes. Supper time will take on a whole new meaning.

Charcuterie At Forty Five

Ingredients

3/4 c PC Monterey Jack with jalapeños cheese

2 oz Feta cheese

1/2 c cream cheese

1 green onion sliced finely

12 jalapeños sliced lengthwise and seeded,

1/4 c panko crumbs

4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Combine cheeses and onions in a bowl.

Spoon mixture into the jalapeños.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bacon.

Place on heated grill or a parchment lined tray.

Cook on medium heat until cheese is melted and bubbly and the peppers are slightly charred (about 6 to 10 minutes) or in a 400 deg F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve warm.
