After all, there is nothing better than sitting down with a friend to talk, listen and be heard. At Forty Five is that virtual spot, open 24/7 for when you need to draw on some inspiration, knowledge and experience.  Likewise other women are looking for a new perspective, or some assistance in making changes in theirs. Let’s explore this bold, new phase of our life together.

We encourage you to create a #beawriter Ritual in your life, put your writing skills to practice and get working towards those incentives.

#beawriter Ritual Tips

1. Schedule regular time in your week.Incentives Be A Writer Desk

2. Set up a spot in your home or local coffee shop with a flat surface, a comfortable chair, and your writing tool of choice, be it your computer, a journal, or cell phone.

3. Make this an enjoyable time. There are no deadlines, no negative self-talk, just strive for a pleasureable “me” time. Grab a tea, coffee, or glass of wine and relax.

3. Reflect on your day or week. Identify what you have done or learned that you can share with others.  Remember, although every subject has been written about, no one can duplicate your perspective and life. And girl, your life IS a story.

4. Start putting those thoughts down with three to five bullet points. Then go back and start to fill in the details.

5. Submit your finished story here.  We will take it from there.

We can’t wait to send your first incentive Writer-At-Large At Forty Five business cards!
