Entertaining Made Easy With This Fruity Smooth Sangria

Sangria At Forty FiveThere are many sangria combinations but when I serve this one, I get rave reviews. It has two secret ingredients that will make your party or afternoon lounge on the deck unforgettable.  Triple sec adds a smoothness you cannot get with any other liquor and cherries provide a unique taste that sneaks past the citrus.

1/2 c brandy (apricot brandy works well)

1/2 c Cointreau

Juice of  3 lemons

2 oranges slices

1 lemon sliced

1 lime sliced

Sugar to taste

3/4 c pitted cherries

4 c Red wine

1 bottle San Pellegrino

1 can San Pellegrino Limonata

Sangria Directions

Muddle the first 7 ingredients together. Add the cherries and wine. Chill in the fridge for half an hour and add San Pellegrino.  Then sit back and enjoy!
